Can I change locations after I have started my order?
Yes, however all items in your cart will be automatically erased.
As our menus vary slightly from store to store, this occurs to ensure that the items you order are available from that location you are ordering from.

Can I make an online order then pay later at the store, or to the delivery driver?
All online orders must be prepaid by credit card.

How do I edit, change or cancel my order after the information has already been sent and my card charged?
Please call the same store selected where your online order was placed.

My credit card expiration date is being rejected.
You must enter your credit card expiry date as MMYY e.g. 0815

How do I use Coupons and Special offers?
There are two ways to save:

1) SPECIALS
When ordering online, you must select the Special Offer first.
a.       click on “Specials” at the top of the page,
b.      select the Special from the list, then
c.       enter the items related to the Special.

Items added to your cart ahead of selecting the Special, will not be recognized by the Special.
Remove the items, select the Special first, then the items.

2) COUPONS

You may have a coupon that was sent exclusively to you as part of our text club, email club or Facebook club.
If you are not a member of that club, the coupon will not be available to you, and you will not see it in the “Specials” section of the website.

If you are a member, here’s the secret!
Look on the offer for the “Coupon Code”.  
Enter the code into the box on the top right of the screen (see diagram).  
Once you do, the secret coupon will be revealed.  
Click on it then place your order.
You’re special! Enjoy!

How can I get even more Discounts, Coupons and Special Offers?
Go to fourstar.bm, click on “DEALS – SIGN UP”, enter your information.
That’s it! Exclusive member-only deals will be on their way!
Be sure to fill in all the fields, including your phone number.
This is because different deals will be sent by email, others by text, and others by Facebook.
Membership indeed has it’s privileges. Sign up today!

I am having an event. Can I order now for later? How much later?
Yes. During the “Checkout” process, the system will ask “When do you want to receive your order?” See diagram.
You will be able to chose from:
-   “As soon as possible”, or
-   “Delay my order”. 

When selecting “Delay My Order”, you will be asked to enter your order time and date.
Choose any date or time – four hours later, four days later, four weeks later. No problem!

How do I order if not from a residence (school, business, etc)?  How can I place orders for both my home and my work?
Use one phone number for work and a different one for home.
For the work number, try not to use the main work number, or a number that anyone else would use.
This is because our store computers use phone numbers as the primary means to identify customers.
If two customers use the same phone number, it may mean that each time you place an order you will have to update your delivery instructions.

How do I change my password?
Go to fourstar.bm.
Select a cuisine, then a location.
On the Order page, click “My Account” in the top right corner.
Log in, then in the Customer contact Information section, enter you new password twice:
-  in the Password field, and
-  in the Confirm password field
Click Save.

Are gratuities included?
No, gratuities are not included.
However we hope that you have enjoyed your Four Star experience, and if so your Driver or Server would be pleased if you shared your appreciation.

Are delivery fees included?
Yes
